seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join its fast growing family of healthcare providers.

About the Position:

· Outpatient-Only

· Join a team of 4 physicians and 2 APP’s

· EMR: Epic

· Call: 1:6

· M-F schedule

· Enjoy working in the Clinics just 4 mi apart

· Both clinics less than 5 mi from Health Valley Medical Center
