Geriatric Primary Care Physician  – Medical Group – Location: Illinois

Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM and IM will both be considered) for our Medicare Clinic in IL. Medical Group works in partnership

Position Requirements

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility
• 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required.

Position Details

• Monday – Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week
• Minimal call – phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic. Call is to cover your own patients only.
• Patients are all in the geriatric population, ages 60 and above.
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits Package

• 2 year base guarantee
• 20 days off + 6 holidays per year

• 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays
