Base salary: $224,000

Join six other providers in clinic

NHSC eligible site – HPSA score: 22

Available services: dental, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, transportation, and translation

EMR: eCW

Located in western Georgia – 90 minutes from both Atlanta and Albany
