Delaware – Family Medicine 
• They are looking for someone to work 40 hours out of two of their locations. You would be the only Family MD and they are looking for someone to support their mid level providers. In both locations they have one FNP, part-time women’s wellness mid wife, a Pediatrician, Physician out patient OB/GYN. They also have a LCSW. There is a part time Psych NP in Milford.
•  Most of the call is covered by their CMO. If he is unable to take care of the caller then he reaches out to the provider. On average once or twice a month.
• How many patients seen on average per day? 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minutes for repeat patients. Their patients many times are complicated and because they are a FQHC extra reporting is required.
• What is the salary range? 185,000 to $200,000
• What benefits are offered? All the typical benefits. Our benefits package is very generous.
• Is there a sign-on bonus and relocation offered? Sign on has a $15,000 Max and relo is up to 7,500
• What is the amount of PTO and CME time? Four weeks PTO, 11.5 paid holidays and a paid day off for birthday. Five paid CME days.
• Is there a CME allowance? 3,000
• What EMR do you use? All scripts
• Is student loan repayment available and from what programs? Yes both federal and state through HRSA
