Hospitalist & Associate Medical Director Openings – Central Wyoming

• 191-bed regional trauma center seeks BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners to join their hospitalist team. Openings available for staff hospitalists and Associate Medical Director
• Base salary: $280,000 plus productivity & quality incentives. Additional stipend offered for Associate Medical Director

• Day rate: $1,550 per 12-hour shift
• Swing rate: $1,725 per 12-hour shift
• Night rate: $2,000 per 12-hour shift

• Established team of 13 physicians and 4 APPs, plus the Medical Director
• Partially open, 13-bed ICU – Intensivist coverage during the day and E-ICU at night
• No procedures or codes
• APPs work 7 am to 7 pm rounding and doing some admissions
• 5 Hospitalists are on during the day (6 am to 6 pm), 1 on swing shift (2 pm to 2 am), and 1 on at night (6 pm to 6 am)
• Team has dedicated nocturnists and swing providers but daytime hospitalists cover any open swing or night shifts as needed
• 7 on/7 off block scheduling. Full time is 15.2 shifts per month/182 per year
• Opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and APPs, if desired
• Ideally, the Associate Medical Director will have at least 2 years of hospitalist experience but the group is open to newer leaders also
