s seeking a part-time Physician to join the team that covers our Long Term Care facilities
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS: • Flexible Hours • Part Time opportunity • Average of 12-14 resident visits per shift (consisting of routine visits and sick visits) • On call 1 in every 6-8 weeks (Week long call, phone calls only) • Abundance of support services in the facility including providers for Pulmonary, Physiatry, Psych, WOCN, Podiatry and more.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Board Certified or Board Eligible • NYS Physician License and DEA • Experience with geriatric population • Certification in geriatrics a plus, but not required. • Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
