seeking a BE/BC General Neurologist to join its team in beautiful east Texas.
About the Position:
- Currently 5 Neurologists (3 Neurohospitalist, 1 general, 1 movement disorder specialist.)
- 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient
- Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00)
- High patient volume due to expanding practice
- Patients: 18+ years old, 12-18 new and follow up mix per day
- Call: Shared night call coverage with outpatient and inpatient physicians
- One weekend call every other month – inpatient
- Neurology Residency starting in 2024
- Opportunity to teach and work with residents
- Ideal candidate: EEG and EMG/NCU skills preferred
