Kentucky – IM/PEDS Lucrative Hospitalist Opportunity in Kentucky

• A 465-bed regional healthcare system serving Kentucky and Ohio, is offering outstanding opportunity for a board eligible/certified hospitalist (family medicine, internal medicine and med-peds).
• Incoming physicians will earn a generous salary guarantee, productivity bonuses and quality/customer incentives (income potential $275k to $350k+). We also provide excellent benefits, paid malpractice, signing bonus and student loan support.
• Our collegial and welcoming hospitalist team features 26 physicians and several additional advanced providers. They are a valuable resource for King’s Daughters Medical Center’s primary care and specialty physicians. Our healthcare system, which includes 500+ providers, cares for 750,000 eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio residents. We also receive referrals from 20 regional hospitals.

Other program highlights:
• Hospitalists work seven days on/off; typical day begins at 8 am and concludes at 5 pm.
• Long call and nocturnist shifts are equitably distributed.
• Average daily census is 18-22.
• Team utilizes the EPIC electronic medical records system.

The practice locations are safe, family-friendly communities with great schools, affordable living and excellent local shopping and dining. They also feature local access to beautiful state and national parks and a variety of outdoor pursuits (hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, cave exploration, hunting and fishing). Both communities also are reasonable drives to Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio; and Lexington, Kentucky.
