Southern California Primary care – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Qualified NP or PA needed to join a private outpatient practice in Southern California – Permanent placement position (no locums)
• Located in the Hemet, CA area which is 90 minutes to Los Angeles, CA and 45 minutes to Palm Springs, CA
• 100% outpatient position.  Position will be mainly seeing adult primary care patients.  Group does have an urgent care clinic and can see some patients there if desired but not a requirement. 
• Schedule is Monday – Friday with no weekends or call
• Full time preferred but would consider 3-4 days per week. 
• Group has 3 Physicians and 1 PA.
• Private group practice setting
• Competitive base annual salary starting in the $130,000 – $140,000 range plus bonus plan is negotiable.  Full benefits with paid malpractice and insurances plus relocation.   Relocation and signing bonus are negotiable.    
• Group is looking for candidates ready to sign a contract as soon as possible
• Ideal candidate will be able to start in the next few months or sooner.  Open to waiting for CA license if not already licensed in CA.
• Located in Southern California with excellent weather and amenities in the area.  Located an easy 90 minute drive to downtown Los Angeles and San Diego.  
• Experience preferred but group is open to new graduates with interest in primary care.
