• 26 Physician Private Practice Emergency Medicine Group (Carrollton, GA)
• All current physicians are Board Certified EM
• Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2 night shifts)
• Group has 4 Nocturnist (does not need any more)
• Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group
• Cover two Facilities – one has 40 beds and the other has 36 beds(facilities are 15 miles away)
• Both ED’s are level II Trauma facilities
• 100% Democratic group
• Full partnership after year 2
• Group also employs NP’s/PA’s
