Permanent ENT position available in Southeast Virginia

• Private practice setting with partnership available if interested or can be employed with base salary plus WRVU model. 
• Located in Southampton County with population of over 500,000 residents.
• Group is replacing a physician who is relocating.  Fully established practice to be assumed. 
• Competitive salary and benefits package depending on experience.  Compensation around $550,000 – $600,0o00 annually. 
• Group offers paid malpractice and full benefits package including relocation and signing bonus.  Loan assistance is negotiable as well. 
• Competitive WRVU bonus system available that the group will discuss with you. 
• Group is very profitable and stable.  Annual revenues for this office are around $1.2 million. 
• Option to do surgeries at a local ASC or local hospital system.  If you elect to do cases at the ASC there is no unassigned ER call.  If you do cases at the hospital call will be 1 in 4. 
• Ownership options available in the local ASC if interested.  This ASC is owned by several physicians in the community. 
• General ENT training is desired but fellowships in Rhinology or Facial Plastics are a strong fit. 
• Only covering one office location.  Location currently has one physician and one PA. 
• Local major airport for ease of travel and great place to live and raise a family.  Located near Norfolk and Chesapeake, VA.
