Massachusetts – Gastroenterology

• Boston, MA area hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, is seeking a Gastroenterologist.
• The Hospital was founded in 1886. With 217 licensed beds in all private rooms, the hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission, a member of the American Hospital Association Council on Teaching Hospitals, and the Association of American Medical Colleges.
• Their mission is to expand access to outstanding care, and advance the science and practice of medicine through education and research.
• The position offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a stable, vertically integrated system. The health system currently employs 35,000 individuals making it the second largest employer in Massachusetts, and consists of over 200 locations including 13 hospitals. Over 4,000 physicians are associated with the health system including 840 primary care physicians managing 1.3 million patients.

• Their Gastroenterology program offers comprehensive, cutting-edge care for patients with all types of digestive diseases, and is committed to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of these conditions.
• Their current range of technologies includes endoscopy and colonoscopy, ERCP, high resolution esophageal manometry, pH and impedance ambulatory reflux testing, video capsule endoscopy and infusion therapy for IBD patients.  
• Candidate must be Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology.
