North Florida 100% Outpatient Pediatric Opening – FQHC setting with 13 offices in 7 counties.

• Rural designated Community Health Center setting. On-site pharmacy. 
• Located 50 minutes Gainesville, FL 
• Group is considering Pediatric trained physicians.  Must be BE/BC.
• Average 18-20 patients per day
• EMR is NextGen
• Group is not offering visa sponsorship currently.
• Salary is negotiable ($200,000 and up DOE).  Bonus incentives up to $30,000 annually based on quality metrics.
• Student loan incentives available with NHSC program available.  (HPSA score is 22)
• 31 days of PTO in first year (4 weeks off plus 11 holidays).  Group also offers 5 days of CME with $2,000 allowance. 
• Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.  There are three half day clinics per year on a Saturday.  20 minutes of admin time is scheduled per day. 
• Group has two experienced ARNP’s on-site and are recruiting for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at this site currently.  Will supervise APPs after 6-18 months of employment depending on experience. 
• Payor Mix: 20% Medicare, 26% Medicaid, 29% Commercially, 25% uninsured.
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with 5% match, paid malpractice insurance, paid relocation, and license dues.
• Supervise PAs

• Based on work experience, a new Provider/new Grad will not be asked to supervise for approx. 12-18 months. An experienced Provider would be expected to supervise after approx. 6 months.

• Full-time or part-time candidates are both being considered.
• Hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. 
• No call except by phone (LPN nurse triaged)
• No visa sponsorship available
• COVID vaccination is required.
