Central Pennsylvania 100% Outpatient Primary care opening

• Permanent position
• FQHC setting – Federally qualified health center
• Group has 4 Family Medicine physicians plus several CRNP’s and a pediatrician.
• No call required.
• Monday – Friday with no weekends.  Hours are 8 am – 5:30 pm with 1 late date on Thursdays till 7:30 pm.  Rotate late schedule of 11 am – 7:30 pm every 4-6 weeks. 
• See 16-20 patients per day
• Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B visa holders.
• Salary range is $215,000 – $220,000 (negotiable)
• Full benefits including 23 days of PTO in year one.  $3500 for CME plus CME time off of 40 hours a year.  Medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 403B retirement. 
• Relocation up to $10,000
• Several academic partnerships within the group
• Located 25 minutes to Harrisburg, PA, 3 hours to Pittsburgh, PA and 2 hours to Philadelphia, PA.  
• BE/BC – American Board of Family Medicine
