• Private practice Internal Medicine and Geriatric practice
• Group is open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training (will be an adult only practice with no pediatrics)
• Must be BE/BC
• Geriatrics interest a plus but not required
• Guaranteed base salary range of $250,000 – $275,000 range
• Group has 3 doctors and 4 APP’s currently.  Group was started in 1999.
• Looking to add 2 more physicians  
• EMR is eClinicalWorks
• Will average 16-20 patients per day (will be mainly geriatric based with some adult too)
• Your own patient panel managed by you and assigned Mid-level providers
• Schedule is 4.5 days per week with half day off for admin work
• Monday – Friday – 8 am – 5 pm with one Saturday morning a month seeing 8-10 patients.
• 2 production bonuses with one based on clinical quality measures and the other on revenue generated
• 20K retention bonus available during initial contract term.  Salary is negotiable each year.
• Group can offer some leadership options in the future if qualified and interested
• Call is negotiable
• Group provides comprehensive range of services from preventative medicine to chronic disease management including a Coumadin and a Weight loss clinic
• On-site full-service lab, DEXA scan and ultrasound imaging
