• Outpatient only
• They are leaders in their State developing rural EMR, telemedicine and connections with specialists via a robot, and have a robust Community Health Worker program, as well.
• Their clinics are Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3 accredited, and they have 3 other smaller clinics nearby.
• Employed position with a competitive wage and full benefits: Retirement 403B and other plans, paid vacation and CME, Fitness Center . Insurance includes Family Health/dental/vision and physician Life, Disability, and Malpractice.
• NHSC Loan Repayment score of 13.
• Four to five days per week during clinic hours.
