seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice physician to join us

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Provider to work 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours admin time

• One evening per week required

• Average outpatient volume: 20 – 25 patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visits

• Call Responsibilities: Provider will cover own call during evenings, weekends, & holidays

• Lab located onsite

• ACO embedded into practice

• Telehealth offered

• Strong specialty network throughout the region

• Strong mentorship opportunities and ability to collaborate with other physicians
