• Weekly Work Schedule: Monday – Friday – 4 ½ day work week to allow for charting
• Call coverage: 1:3
Practice Description:
• Type of Practice: Pediatric Clinic – owned and operated by Hospital
• Patient Panel: 18-25/day (upwards of 30 on an extremely busy day)
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
Compensation:
• Compensation Type: Base Salary plus quarterly incentive based on wRVUs
• Minimum Guaranteed: MGMA Median ($200,000)
• Commencement Bonus: $25,000
• Hospital Privileges: Yes
• Other: Retirement 401a and 401k, Health Insurance (dental and vision option), covered malpractice, CME reimbursement up to $5K, PTO accrual, CME PTO – 8 days/year.
