Primary Care – Western New York

• Employed practice seeks BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Practice to join their team
• 2-year guaranteed base salary of $230,000 – wRVU bonuses offered after guarantee
• 2 locations to choose from in Western New York  
• Join 2 physicians and 2 APPs in physician-led practice
• Outpatient practice – Monday – Friday  8 am-5 pm
• Call is taken via telephone and is shared equally amongst all providers
• Expect to see approximately 18-20 patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• Opportunity to teach medical students that rotate through clinic

• One location has a population of more than 200,000 and the second location has a population of approximately 13,000
• Major airport located in the larger city – 45 minute drive from the other
