Illinois – Critical care/Intensivist or Pulmonary/Critical care/Sleep

• Illinois health system seeks a Critical care/Intensivist to join its established Critical care service line.  This is an employed position located in south central Illinois with easy access to St. Louis, Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, & Memphis. 

 
Highlights of the opportunity are:

• Practice at a newer state of the art facility.
• State of the art Sleep Center located on site of the physician’s clinic (option to do sleep if trained and interested)
• Established hospitalist program available for inpatient admissions
• Block scheduling available 
• Facility is a not-for-profit Catholic institution
• Employed position with hospital affiliated medical group
• 250,000 population service area covering 9 counties
• 134 bed facility. 
• Option to do a mix of pulmonary, critical care and sleep or any combination of the three.

 
Excellent Financial Package:

• Guaranteed Base Salary ranging from $475,000 (based on experience).
• Signing bonus of $35,000 and quality bonuses available
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance
• Student loan repayment available

 
Candidates will possess and expect to:

• Completed an ACGME accredited Critical care fellowship. 
• Be Board Certified (or eligible) in Internal Medicine, Critical care medicine.
• Illinois license will be required. 
• Visa sponsorship is available.
