Family Nurse Practitioner – Northern California

• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
• Base salary range: $150,000 – $165,000 commensurate with experience
• $50,000 bonus paid through the Partnership Healthplan of California (PHC) provider recruitment program.  Paid out over 5 years
• National Health Service Corp approved site for loan repayment 
• 4-day work week: Tuesday – Friday, 10-hour days. Full-time position
• See an average of 18 patients per day
• Join two physicians and four FNP’s in practice
• Option to see Pediatric patients, if desired. There is a Pediatrician in the group, as well as an NP with child specialty.
• Teaching clinic – residents and APP students rotate through clinic
