• We are a 40-year old Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing care to diverse and underserved patient populations in New Bedford. We are looking for an exceptional Primary Care Physician (Medical Director) to join the team in downtown New Bedford. You’ll be a critical part of the clinical leadership team and practice alongside a talented group of clinicians whose mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated health care and support services to persons who are experiencing healthcare issues, and to improve the quality of care for vulnerable populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy.
• The Medical Director will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and supervision of primary medical care services in the Adult Medicine department at the Center. You will participate in the planning, development, and coordination of clinical health care programs to meet community health care needs for a medically complex and at-risk population in New Bedford, Massachusetts. They will establish and maintain standards of patient care and serve as a member of the Leadership Team.
