Hospitalist – Southeastern Indiana

• Employed practice seeks Board Certified, experienced Family Practitioner to join their Hospitalist staff
• Guaranteed base salary: $288,000 plus wRVU
• Must be comfortable with vent management, intubations, and central lines
• Call 1:2 weeks – provide on-site call coverage during the day – call taken from home in evening via phone
• 7 nights are usually covered by the NP with physician backup from home – very few phone calls and very rarely need to come in at night on a scheduled week
• Full-time APN provides assistance in the hospital during the day Monday – Friday (APN works 10-hour days)
• 4 IM/FM call team physicians participate in hospital rounds 
• Daily census: 30-35 with APN assistance during the day and call team physician assisting in morning rounds
• ICU rounding in 6-bed open ICU
• Major trauma sent out
• Full benefits package offered including $25,000 sign-on bonus, CME time and allowance, full health and retirement benefits, $10,000 relocation assistance, malpractice, and more!
• Located an hour from Louisville, 90 minutes from Cincinnati, and just under 2 hours from Indianapolis
• Major airport offered in Louisville with non-stop flights to 31 major US cities
