Iowa – Pediatrics

Client is actively recruiting a Pediatrician to join their practice in Central Iowa

• Established Outpatient Practice
• Number of Providers: 3   (1 physician and 2 ARNP’s)

• Services available onsite (lab, radiology, specialists, pharmacy, etc.)
• Pulmonolgy, Endocrinology and Neurology Pediatric Specialists from Blank Children’s Hospital provide outreach services in the office
• Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

• Average number of patients per day (depending on the season) = 25 – 35
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• No inpatient duties
• Call split amongst group, telephonic only, triaged via MyNurse hotline, minimal call volume
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Provide the best outcome for every patient every time

Regional Airport with flights to Minneapolis, St. Louis, Chicago and Mason City
