Hospital in Southeastern IL seeking a Family medicine Physician

• Hospital is seeking a BE/BC Traditional Family Medicine Physician to join them.
  
• The new provider will work from 2 Health Clinics and then round on their own patients that are admitted to the hospital.
• Group has 5 MD’s and 3 AP’s.  Will see all ages.  Call is 1:5 or 1:6.
• 4 day work week, 3 days at one clinic and 1 day at the other clinic. 
• Options for leadership roles and if you like to teach they do have SIU medical students come through the hospital at times and teaching is left up to each individual physician. 
• 2 years of guaranteed base of 240K with potential for bonus for wRVU’s.  Bonuses last year ranged from 5k to 50K per provider.  They also get $500 per call day which equals 30K to 34K per year.  With salary plus on call pay in first year provider will make 270K to 276K before they get their bonus. After bonus they do have potential to make 300K per year.
