• Experience: Minimum 3 years; ideal will be closer to 5 years
• Specialty: Family Medicine (Primary Care); Minimum most recent 3 – 5 years of experience in Primary Care Clinic setting (not urgent care or ER or other setting).  Group might consider a new graduate for the 2nd position.  
• Schedule: 8:30am – 5:30pm with 12:30pm – 1:30pm lunch
• Pay rate: Annual salary $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Retirement, Paid Vacation, Holiday pay, Sick time-off
• EMR: Practice Fusion till December or so then EPIC
• Full time (40hrs) or part-time (negotiable)
• San Jose, CA – 2 office locations nearby to each other. 
• 25 patients per day
• Year-end bonus depending on company’s earnings
• Currently only one (MD) as their NP left. Plan is for one MD and at least 2 NPs in short order and additional 1 MD within a year.
• No loan assistance available 
• Patient base is mostly adults; they accept children 5+ years.
• In office procedures such as Pap, Injections (vaccines, joints-cortisone, PPD etc) , EKG, Suture and Staples removal and wound dressing
• NO CALLS; 100% outpatient practice
• W-2 At-Will employment contract
