Nashville, TN – Family Medicine
• Family Primary Care or Family Practice Physician preferred.
o Would consider an Internist but not preferred.
• 2+ years of Medicaid and/or uninsured patient experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with patients ages 14+.
• No primary on call. Calls filter through our 24/7 Crisis line.
• Required to provide supervision to a current NP that has 10+ year of experience.
• Goal of 15 patient appointments per day.
• 2-3 new patient visits and/or annual physicals.
• Rest will be a mix of urgent care or routine follow ups.
• Medical Assistant will assist the physician during office hours.
• MHC uses eCW clinical record.
• Open to both a 5 day/40 hour work week or a 4 day/30 hour work week.
