Practice Support:

• Administrative Staff: Clinic Director & Office Supervisor
• Advanced Practice Providers: 1, sees follow up patients (does not see new patients), does injections
• Medical Assistant: 1 per provider
• Patient Service Representatives: 6 total for practice

Clinic Details:

• Number of exam rooms: 2 rooms per provider (10 total), each provider has own office space
• Hours: 8am-5pm
• Equipment: Ultrasound

Hospital Privileges:

• Consults average 1-2 per week but can also go weeks without any

Schedule:

• Mon- Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
• All providers work 4 ½ days

Expected Volume:

• 15-20 patients a day

Referral Pattern:

• Booking out 6 months for new patients and follow ups

Teaching Opportunity:

• None, but the group is open to discussing potential

  Highlights:

• All providers use Dragon voice recognition with Epic
• Sonosite ultrasound is available in office (it is fairly new).
• The clinic is located in the Springer Building which encompasses multiple specialties: Allergy/Immunology, Endocrinology, ENT, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Podiatry,  Ophthalmology, Pediatrics & Urgent Care
