Dermatology – Southern Ohio

• Employed practice seeks BC/BE Dermatologist to join their rapidly growing and highly productive outpatient clinic
• Base salary Option #1: Base salary of $427,302 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
• Base salary Option #2: Base salary of $551,995 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract.
• Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00a – 6:00p
• Call Requirements: call can be taken from home and would be for clinic patients that may have a complication after hours. Calls are rare, typically once every few months.
• Expect to see approximately 40-45 patients per day & perform 20-30 procedures per day
• Equipment: Phototherapy booth, intense pulsed light machine, Hyfrecator, smoke evacuator, microscope, and dermatoscopes. All rooms are set up to be procedure rooms
• Full benefits package including 10K for moving, CME allowance, 457 deferred comp plan, 403B retirement, paid malpractice insurance, health, and other insurances, 232 hours of PTO (an additional 40 hours offered when producing 75th percentile RVUs, full health coverage, and more!
• $200,000 in student loan debt assistance, residency stipend up to $25,000, and sign-on bonus of 15% base salary offered (up to $100,000)
• Located 1 hour from Huntington, WV, 2 hours from Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Charleston, WV and 2.5 hours from Lexington, KY
