• Health Center seeks a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their team
• Employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system
• Base salary: $600,000 with a 2-year guarantee – then RVU production
• Join two other ENTs in a busy, well-established clinic
• Incoming physician welcome to maintain Allergy clinic, if desired
• High patient volumes – be as busy as you want to be!
• Benefits include: $40,000 sign-on bonus, $30,000 retention bonus, potential for quality bonus, loan repayment, malpractice coverage, 5 days of CME + $6,000 annually, relocation reimbursement, strong pension plan, health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage, 33 days PTO, and more!
• Population: 17,000 with a draw of over 350,000
• Located 40 minutes from Champaign-Urbana, 90 minutes from Springfield, IL, 2 hours from both St. Louis and Indianapolis, and 3 hours from Chicago
