Experienced Nurse Practitioner – 90 minutes from Boston, MA – Primary care opening

• FQHC (Federally qualified health center) with loan repayment options
• 5 years of clinical and primary care experience is required.  Must be able to work independently without physician supervision. 
• Salary is $130,000 in year one with production in year 2.  Base will be $114,330K in year two with production incentives (based on patient encounters)
• Full benefits, paid relocation and insurance package.  Negotiable on fringe benefits and bonuses. 
• Group has Primary care but no psychiatry
• 2 office locations plus 5 dental sites (will work only at one location)
• Must be able to stat in 2021 as need is immediate
• Most providers average 14-17 patients per day.  Can see more if interested in increasing patient load.
• Minimal phone call a few times per month
