Primary Care – Southwestern Connecticut
- Independent community teaching hospital seeks BC/BE Internists and Family Practitioners to join their outpatient practices
- Salary range: $250,000 – $300,000 plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures. Bonuses based on participation in quality or utilization programs offered
- Outpatient practices
- Shared practice call rotation
- Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives
- 3 positions available in Southwestern Connecticut

- Positions available are located 25 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 minutes from New Haven.
