WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT – THE PRACTICE • Join Three Other Urologists • High volume, hospital-employed practice • Latest da Vinci Surgical System • Clinic across the street from the hospital • 7,000 square feet of office space with 11 patient rooms • Supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners and hiring a third • Stable staff includes Administrator, Clinic Supervisor, 2 LPN’s & Scribe • Practice EMR is Athena, hospital EMR is Paragon • Clinic diagnostics include Ultrasound & KUB • Patient panel consists of 60% adult & 40% geriatric • New physician will see 30+ patients per day • Clinic hours are 7:00am-5pm, Monday – Friday • First year surgical volume expected to be 425-525 cases • Cysto suite in hospital includes 3 scopes • Experienced OR staff, Director tenure of 10+ years • Provide inpatient and intra-op consults • Perform same day surgical cases necessitated by consults • Call will be 1:4 • Less than 20% of call requires physician to come to hospital
