• My client is currently seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist who prefers to practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents to become the 2nd Anesthesiologist on staff.
• THey have primarily bread and butter cases with no neuro or open heart cases. The CRNAs take first call, and the Anesthesiologists take second call. The call rotation for back up call will be 1:2.
• Anesthesiologists receive 8 weeks of vacation.
• Their location is the best of both worlds – the earning potential and comfortable work/life balance of a small town but with the amenities of Chicago just two hours away.
