Coastal Southwestern FLorida Orthopedic Suregery Opportunity

• Private practice – Coastal Florida
• Pain management group is currently building an addition on their current building which is due to be completed in February of 2021.
• The third floor will be an ASC and they are either recruiting Orthopedic Surgeons to join their Medical group and/or see if they are interested in buying in  the surgery center.
• Available medical office space on the first and second floor that they can leasde so they are in the same building where they preform surgeries.
• Option to be an independent contract or join the group as an employee on a partnership track.
• Option for partnership after 3 years or can opt for a base salary plus percentage of gross collections model if not interested in partnership.  Partners get a share in ancillary services
  
• Health insurance, 401K with match, CME, paid malpractice insurance
• Competitive base pay will be discussed with employer directly 
  
• Ideal candidate can start as soon as the construction is completed or beforehand.
