Inpatient Psychiatry Near Springfield, MO

• Employed inpatient unit seeks BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their team
• Base salary range: $260,000-$275,000
• Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• 22-bed adult inpatient unit
• Call provided by hospitalists from 9 pm to 7 am – very limited
• Inpatient unit support staff consists of: 1 nurse manage, 2 RNs, 1 LPN, 2 CNAs, 1 unit secretary, and social service staff including 2 discharge planners
• Average unit statistics: inpatient census – 17, length of stay – 4 days, new patients daily – 3, admissions per day – 3, follow-ups per day – 14

• Opportunities also available for Outpatient Adult only or Outpatient Child/Adolescent: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm at outpatient clinic across from hospital
• H1B and J1 visa sponsorship offered – located in the Delta Regional Authority which has no limit on J1 waivers with no waiver application deadline
• Located 2 hours from Springfield and 3 hours from Jefferson City and Little Rock, AR
• Airport offered in Springfield
