Endocrinology – Southern Ohio

• Employed practice seeks BC/BE Endocrinologist to join their join their team
• Base salary options:
  • Option #1: Base salary of $238,580 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to an wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
  • Option #2: Base salary of $283,530 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to an wRVU production contract.
• Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00a – 5:00p, Friday 8:00a. – 12:00p
• Limited call – No ER call, Inpatient call minimal, Outpatient call for emergent issues only and would be shared with Family Practice physician (answering service)
• Potential for 2 NPs – office has an MOA, an LPN, an office manager, and a Certified Diabetes Educator and/or Certified Insulin Pump Educator
• Expect to see approximately 30 patients per day
• Anticipated procedures in office include Ultrasound Guided Fine needle aspirate thyroid biopsy

• $200,000 in student loan debt assistance, residency stipend up to $25,000, and sign-on bonus of 15% base salary offered (up to $100,000)
• Located 1 hour from Huntington, WV, 2 hours from Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Charleston, WV and 2.5 hours from Lexington, KY
