Georgia – Endocrinology 

• Solo
• The hospital will set up Endocrinologist in practice from locating an office, equipping it, staffing it, etc.
• The hospital-owned physician practices are treated as if the MD is the owner – The hospital will negotiate a salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly.  At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice – as he would if he owned the practice.  The hospital does not charge a fee for running the practices. 
• The physician also receives full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance.
